Sometimes people panic for no reason... Certainly if you were in much higher it is a cause for concern, but in this case it was (IMO) a notice to allow $ZSAN to know, as soon as possible, the FDA's early thoughts on any possible deficiencies or needed clarification within specific sections of their application.
