In the aftermath we will be wiggling like goldfish on the floor after the glass fishbowl fell off the table, we will be live goldfish (ie lithiumfish) wiggling but have no water (ie fluid western civilization governmental life-supporting water) to physically swim in (or in our specific case swim to actually start construction with some never-before-seen reassuring measure of public approval).

The second ice cold wet blanket being thrown on our fragile little Maricunga wiener is that the Deep State have through Cochilco only allocated (ie throttled down to) 200,400 tonnes of LCE and 35,100 tonnes of lithium hydroxides "AT MOST" (click here and see the last paragraph) to be fully supported by existing Chilean metastasized Infrastructure (including roads, electricity, seaports, highway weighing stations, union longshoremen, seaport customs staff, royalties/tax inspecting engineers for the State, etc) and the next "5-year budget" which can't be changed easily at the snap of new fingers overnight.

SQM an Albemarle will assuredly be given sole responsibility to fill the State's 200,400 tonnes of LCE and 35,100 tonnes of lithium hydroxides targets... so you see there is no urgent/pressing need for a WML, a Lithium Chile Inc or a MSB_SpA lithium miner by design in Cochilco's self-serving grand plan and the shear momentum of this new allocation made on September 30 yesterday may unfortunately carry through affecting us until/through 2025 even if the Plebiscite destroys all these old nuts-busting Pinochet-era corrupt quasi-governmental institutions.

The deep state fascists know they are going to lose the upcoming October 25 Plebiscite so they are scrambling to enact as many restrictions, new codes, new SEA ball-busting foot-dragging reviews, new budgets, new agendas, new 5-year plans, new 10-year plans favoring the super wealthy 1% Elites running this shithole in order to cushion some degree of monopolistic economic control they hope to still wield during 2021 to 2025 which they are now calling the gray transition period... as they desperately hope to build/birth/sew-together in their dark back alley a new beaner-head-clubbing Pinochet-clone Frankenstein plastic surgically modeled on the handsome lady-killer Brad Pitt from his Fight Club days to run for office after Michelle Bachelet's next presidential run. Note: Bachelet will definitely be supported by President Biden's Democratic Progressives in the US Congress... and make no mistake about that item.
