The chart is so compressed at the bottom of it's long term range! I have been adding slowly below .002 for months and have a large amount of $OTTV. Added another 1 mil today just like the MM's are willing to take all the sellers shares in this range. Verus future is looking very good and more than happy to be patient for an amazing return on my investment in $OTTV. I feel bad for those that sell at the current price. My guess mostly day traders that keep jumping around trying to find the next shiny stock symbol. Good luck to them.
