Even if JPM pays 1B in fines it again a laughable amount considering that on the low end they traded 100T (that’s Trillion) over the time frame mentioned.

1B is .00001% of 1T. We can’t even trade pinks at these prices.

Also, why would the corruption stop? At these rates it’s an incentive to continue knowing that even if you’re caught you will pay less then you can find in your couch cushions (relatively speaking).
