Everyone needs to stop screaming dilution. Where was the dilution yesterday when it went up 700%? It's only dilution when people sell for a profit and the price comes down? There is NO dilution on L2, just a lot of shares being sold off by retail. There is however a ton of shorting going on. The CEO owns 92% of the notes, and he has made it clear thru filings he hasn't converted 1 share and has no plans to...keeping them restricted. SS has not changed either.
