Somewhat on the same topic - This article reveals that the San Fernando will tie into Nuevo Pemex power plant (essentially in the Isthmus). It’s from here, that the entire Yucatán Peninsula is supplied with electricity. The current problem is that Nuevo Pemex is VOID of natural gas! That’s why the Yucatán is plagued with blackouts. The infrastructure is in place... but there is no natural gas! With our projects, the Yucatán will have up to a 6mo supply of natural gas. No more blackouts. Imagine that!
