Hi ksquared-

Perhaps instead of staying in NJ, like I didn't, you could consider rural PA. Low taxes, pro 2nd amendment, a single senior in need is helped not shunned, so many other good things from Trump country- haven't seen a Biden sign yet. When we moved here, as I was unloading the truck to move in, 3 different people, total strangers, stopped to ask if we needed help. Community is big when made up of caring people. JMHO
