Thanks for the info. and I have saved it for future reference. Company like DDSI is scamming the investors and we cannot do a darn thing about it because they all hide behind your legal jargon (ie. The Majority...they are the majority). RS is a death sentence to retailers because all my RS stocks have crashed and left me way worse than pre-split. Never once have I ever had a good RS in my trading years.
