Suggest you read the Form 4's carefully. These were option grants NOT open market purchases .

Typically as soon as these vest ..Dec 31st is first date I believe ...those who received these options usually exercise and sell them if they are trading about the exercise price .

I'm long HGEN because I think they will have P3 data on a therapeutic before anyone else . RLFTF is obviously now behind schedule. .
