To entice common shareholders to tender to Class C preferred.

If it’s above .06 the math isn’t in their favor when company says they see the Class C valued at $15.

Granted right now Class C does look good. I’m wondering if JG will tender his shares and if this was setup for guys like him. He stands to get a lot... and so will many who buy at these Low prices.

The date was pushed back after the drop... hmmm... is that because it was an obvious great deal and insiders wanted to buy more shares to tender? Hmmmm...

This smells less like gloom and doom and more like the rich getting richer.

Don’t expect that yield sign to drop until after the tender date.
