Could be end of Icahn as he knows it???

Seeing now the Liberal courts in Colorado and Enviro folks are right now considering new law changes regarding energy extraction, basically increasing distances for drilling from 500 ' minimum to 2000' minimum from any structure in State- meaning it is going to limit even moreso these energy companies who hold assets as Icahn does in Colorado !!

NOT good at all way I see it...

Just saw Oasis (OAS) file bankruptcy 24 hours ago now too, wiping out all Shareholders there in a swift "prepackaged C11" which company will emerge from early November..
