The Perfect Storm

That's the only way you can describe today's price action. You literally couldn't script it better.

The PR hits overnight about partnerships and the Swiss (like they do) slowly walked the SP up while waiting for the US to open. We open and start climbing, based on the news, and awaiting Dr Javitt's interview at 10AM ET.

At 10AM the interview doesn't start. 100's of investors wait patiently to get an update across YT, Twitter, etc. During this anticipation, the stock crosses a very important SP threshold, .63. That had been our most recent and strong point of resistance. We then learn the interview is delayed.

But the price has already broken resistance and it starts climbing. It rises slowly until after Noon and then it starts ripping. 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69

At 1:02 the interview begins and the SP is at .6999. It's hanging right at one of our biggest resistance points. .70 Will it break it or get rejected?

And then the big announcement 13 minutes into the video (the SP was .6799) Dr J tells us the exciting news that today they enrolled the 102nd patient into the trial. 28 days later 'they' will be looking at the results.

While that can, and maybe should, be seen as very positive news...
a lot of us thought the announcement would have been for the full 144 patient enrollment. The goal of the trial was to have Primary Completion done in August and Study Completion done in September. So we're already running a month behind.

That immediately sent investors (not dilution) into a panic. Fear is obviously never good. The next 12 minutes it dropped to .56 before hitting resistance. That was a 20% drop in under 15 minutes.

The perfect storm was the surprising update timed exactly with our biggest resistance point going back as far as August 10th. If the timing was different it would not have been that volatile. It was an overreaction and the stock got oversold.

That's the Cliffs Notes of today's action for anyone who missed it. Exciting day but in the grand scheme of things not much changed.
