Whoa - no, I had not found that yet. Holy smokes - that would be the most incredible outcome in the history of the OTCs. Will research it. If somehow all this fell through and they want a fast reverse merger to get on the markets and uplist, that would be amazing. Looks like things got derailed due to a problem with an investor/board member and covid.
