Now in this case ^^^ with $QUTR, I used knowledge of the custodianship process, knowledge of what assorted filings imply, and logical reasoning derived from recent precedent to deduce that the deal had already closed. And I was 100% right. I was 100% right that the Certificate of Designation on Sept 10 was related to a deal, and I was right in the days leading up to the 8-K that there was no plausible explanation for the NVSOS filings we saw unless the control bloc was being sold. I was 100% right all along. I was 100% correct when this comment was made that the closing had already occurred. Lo and behold the 8-K revealed it had closed 3 days prior. Every time on every exchange of comments with zero exceptions--always right. Since the 8-K, with every comment that twisted or omitted facts or insinuated something negative when in reality it was positive, my rebuttals backed by documented facts has been 100% correct. And in what must be well over a hundred cases of the above, never an acknowledgement of that being the case, which tells me and everyone else all we need to know.
