The only thing I have found by calling the number on Contact for the website ..was a personal phone

I searched the web for OAT Olympic Air Tech and indeed they are listed at the address on Park in Cerritos CA , that number got someone , not sure how big they are .. however I asked if they do Residential Air Conditioning and they said no.. they do Commercial HVAC.

If Joe A and Barbara have sold this as it appears and it is moving like a normal custodianship does ...all good .. The officers on OTC Markets are the same as NVSOS... so lets see what happens .
