I don’t believe that “she stated that once milestones were met and more news was disclosed, that the price per share would be over $1.”

She did, of course, say that NASDAQ compliance was important. But she definitely did not say how they were going to achieve it. And in fact she specifically mentioned the path of asking for an extension.

The only good news in this presentation was the failure of the revised ISO proposal, the failure of the consolidation proposal, and the indication that they expected to hit the next milestone in November.

I guess we’ll find out whether Roll is right on October 14.
