The only thing that matters is that all of this nonsense related to the plan is NOW GONE.



I'm good no matter when the 8K is filed.

I just find it funny that we are now DONE and everyone is questioning the "ACTUAL" day the 8K will be filled, when we should be saying "Thank the Lord all might!" The POR (with all commons in place) IS DONE!
