Why would Big Pharma want to buyout PMCB EVER?!?!?

What does PMCB have other than a terribly managed company of a million paid pumps and OTHERS SCIENCE AMD MEDICINE? What does PMCB have anything to do with the technology. They are a licensing company with very loose holds on the license itself with Austria Nova. They have already gave up on Diabetes Treatment as stated in latest filed 10filing. What’s stopping Big Pharma from buying Austria Nova itself when they would deal with a 4 employee company with terribly financials!

There is NO PATENT and nothing stopping them from doing the same thing PMCB did. We paid less than 5 million for license.

They are a company of 4 employees. What’s there to buy?
