John, that is all well and good, but with the large amount of pink sheet stocks out there with the majority of them being scams, the SEC does not investigate most of the reports. There are other "Real" issues with other "Real" companies that, imo, the SEC kind of laughs at the penny stocks and believes, serves the shareholders right. I could be wrong, but with all of the scams stocks I have held shares in, never have any been investigated.
