Fantastic links, thank you for these. I hadn't heard of the piggyback exception rule before. Do you have any additional information about it? It almost sounds like VODG only continued trading for the last month because it had the eligible amount of market makers. As volume continued to die out (with the one day being zero), this number dropped to below the minimum amount. Still though, one has to wonder about timing, since this historically only had volume ~40% of the time, at least prior to this year. In either case, trading was barely hanging on, and the biggest issue is getting current with the SEC.
