You really think that someone held many years and then decided to sell 25 percent below the prevailing price? Seriously?

No. Someone put some shares on the ask. They were bought at a high price and then flipped in a market sell. Clear as day to me. So, why would someone do that? Seems like an attempt to manipulate, but really a very weak move if that was the plan.
