Here is where all the stock selling is coming from:

"In 2020, St. George were issued 67,386,222 common shares in exchange for debt forgiveness of $200,000." (St.George is selling those shares no doubt!)


Also Haas sold 10 million shares from 3/31/20-6/30/20. Maybe more after 6/30/2020.
