Just to be clear per cultivation lease agreement, the contact address for Jimmy's LMK Capital LLC is SGMD's existing (expensed) office located at 750 Royal Oaks Drive, Monrovia CA , which btw is presently SGMD's office...and also shared with ex-acquisition partner BZRTH.

Appears Jimmy has acquired Sept15 a nice scenic piece of property in Lower Lake,CA for his private entity LMK LLC..and public SGMD likely the main means to finance the gig, certainly through 2023..Surprised that LMK appears to have easy? opportunity to end the lease after 2023 if it so chooses, since lease agreement then can be renewed month to month..2021 right around the corner..

Looks like Jimmy's LMK gets ownership and hospitality of attractive ranch
home onsite in slice of heaven...along with 5 acres primo vineyard..SGMD reportedly gets virgin grow rights up to 5 acres, a mobile home and an indoor/outdoor pet clause..:)

Lower Lake optics on surface seem to favor Jimmy's personal LMK interest over general SGMD (shareholder) interests imo..That's why it is imperative that Jimmy exercise option and put transparent Budcars operations on SGMD books..Initial Lower Lake gig isn't a big confidence boost that Bud option occurs anytime soon..Wasn't long ago when SGMD invested into Hempistry KY Hemp operation..and then disappeared with no ROI.....8159A Lower Lake CA?
