No, I don't call the TA, because I think HHSE has done a very good job over the years of minimizing dilution.

Apparently you did, so do you care to share what this massive number is?

In any event, it is looking to me like the dumping was manipulative, but weak. The price came right back up, and I'm wishing I had had the foresight to have a lowball bid in place to grab such foolishly sold shares. Next time I'll know better and I've got some orders in place for that reason.
