That’s called insider knowledge which is against the law. Here’s what we know. Merger docs were filed back in June between IGPKCannabis Network Consortium LLC. Matt Dwyer current CEO resigned from one of his 3 companies due to “health issues”. IMO merger will happen and a change of control will take place on IGPK. Time will tell and until then we evidently will here Reverse Split coming from the critics here as the new scare tactic.
