Marx Toys And Entertainment Prepares for Fall Mass Market Toy Show in
New York

Wednesday October 15, 10:13 am ET

ATLANTIC HIGHLAND, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 15, 2003--Marx Toys
And Entertainment Corp. (OTCBB:MRXT - News) announced that it's
showroom is being transformed in preparation for several very
important meetings next week in New York.

According to Marx' CEO, Bob LoMonaco, "We're flying in two of UIT's
technical experts to be sure all the prototypes are in perfect shape
after receiving them in NY a few days ago. We've had a lot of
questions about the show from investors and Marx fans around the
country. The Fall Mass Market Toy Expo is a Trade Only show and the
manufacturers are working by appointment only. The show was developed
for early buyers. While we are expecting to get a lot accomplished
with retailers and other very important meetings, this show is
primarily for the major, national and regional retailers and it is
for 2004 selections. Many of those retailers will be buying our type
of products (IM Buddies) through their electronics and computer
accessory departments so we want to be careful about misleading
anyone into thinking we will have the major retailers all covered
next week. Shortly after this show, we'll be on the road meeting with
all the customers that we won't see in our showroom. Then we'll begin
preparing for the International Toy Fair in February and other
Computer and Electronics shows throughout the year."

Mr. LoMonaco added, "We have been working very hard to finalize some
distribution and promotional plans to be able to get the IM Buddies
into the market before this Christmas. We got a very late start but
we're still very optimistic. While some short-term sales would be
great, our main focus at this show is on 2004. We'll be showing some
incredible new products that use the full capabilities of UIT's
technologies......we can't wait to see the reactions!"

Marx announced late last month that they have signed leases on a
2,000 square foot (aprox) office space in Atlantic Highlands, NJ
along with a 1,200 square foot permanent, private showroom in the Toy
Center on Broadway in New York.
