Funny I don't see an SEC filing or press release from Fuel cell Energy. This announcement is not official until we see something from the company or with the SEC that's kind of strange. Seeking Alpo wrote an article and the stock price took a major hit but I don't see a filing or PR. Doesn't matter the stock price should not go down. Unless they announce they're doing an offering at $2 or $2.20 which I don't see happening. Plug announce the public offering at least a couple times in the last year both times the share price started to dip down then when they announced the share price of the offering the stock shop back up beyond the price.
