Chuck, you never disappoint, Well said,I too am long here and add when I can, and no I did not mortgage anything or "wager" anything I can not afford to lose, If I had a cat, maybe I would have, but definitely not my dog. I believe in this as do all the above you mentioned. Nowadays it seems nobody wants to wait or work to get rich, it's NOW, NOW, NOW. sometimes in life you have to wait and be patient to get your reward. I tell my kids this all the time.
