JPS posters talking about MC doing a capital raise. Lmao all over the place! He will only APPROVE what the GSE's plan with the banks and Fan's. Get your facts straight! He can not, does not and will not be doing any cap raise, not in his job description. He is responsible for the twins to be capitalized but if you guys had any grey matter, you'd know the capital raise is why we have the banks and FA's.

Can any of you post actual quote from MC saying he will do this cap raise all by his lonesome?
