SYTA did do a reverse split but that was clearly tied to uplisting to the NASDAQ. Not a promise to uplist - it has happened. The associated offering was "up sized" which suggests there was strong institutional demand for the shares (albeit it could have been something like "we'll take more shares and allow you to raise more money overall, but at a lower price).

I added a few shares when SYTA dipped to 4 right after the r/s. Had my finger on the trigger to buy SYATW as well under a dollar then - missed with a limit order - in retrospect I should have just hit the ask.


If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
