then why has the CEO recently sold shares at such pathetic levels? HE WOULD KNOW what he owns more than anyone, so why isn't he waiting "longer?" JUST ADDRESS THAT. how do you answer a CEO selling at these levels? for groceries? isn't he being paid money on actual BUSINESS he is profiting from, instead of selling cheap otc paper, DILUTING HIS OWN SHAREHOLDERS?
