Intel made a motion for non-suit and 2/3rds of AMD's case was thrown out.
I did not follow the case for a year. So there is a good possibility I missed this. Could you pls point me to it?

I do know one thing. This case will never see the inside of a court room and Intel WILL NEVER SETTLE.

Not impossible. It is certainly an option for Intel to play it so. However that is not Intels usual attitude. It settled other cases. Intergraph comes to mind.
