Website is almost finalized (since January 2020)... REG-A is submitted (twice, just one more document needed, SINCE November 2019)..... 8-K's in the works (waiting for over a year already)...... oh and I can NEVER FORGET AUDITS!!!!!!! (been dangled in front of investors for over 1.5 years). NONE OF THESE ARE DONE
