I hope so, it has been a long rode. Since 2015 for me. Cannot believe it is 2020 , 5 years later now.
I think the plan is to get this Byzen off the ground, do acquisitions, raise capital, grow the market value then use that value to perhaps give a shot at Impact/WSTI.
Dan knows I am around if he wants to run anything by me, and I have provided some ideas/contacts to him in the past. It is possible those circle around at some point.
Might take some time and Covid stuff makes world travel difficult and business way more difficult but hopefully things will get better/easier.
If Byzen raises funds, moves forward, stock market cap goes up, they can do a stock deal/stock swap and bring everything in. I think the material I read talks about renewable energy so I think that is the plan.
Unrelatedly but something I mentioned a while back. I have a small amount in a stock that is on the Canadian venture exchange. It has been halted for about 2 years now. First it was going to be a blockchain company but that deal fell through, then it tried to buy a pot company with retail stores and even home delivery in California, but then Covid happened. Now it finally has bought Gold assets and property mining rights , found some gold on the property, merged with another company is doing a 1 for 5 reverse split and should be coming out on a better exchange shortly. So sometimes things happen over very long periods of time.
Everything I post is my own opinion and people should always do their own research and due diligence on any company they are looking at
