I don't believe Javitt would have applied for an EUA at this time if he didn't feel his chances were at least greater than 50%. Would you agree with that statement?

He has been in constant contact with the FDA according to the statements he's made during his interviews and presentations. The EUA he has applied for only covers patients already approved under the Expanded Access Protocol. It's the results of those same patients he has based the application on.

I'm not guaranteeing it's a 100% slam dunk. The FDA 'may' want to see additional data. If that's the case, then the EUA will be applied for ALL severe patients and not just those who have exhausted all approved therapy.
