Wolf; Calling someone a patent troll is pretty flimsy defense in an infringement case. I'm sure a judge would roll his or her eyes and say "There's that word again, another infringer that didn't do their homework before stealing someones patent." The word itself comes from ceo's and mgmt cowering before their shareholders and all the press it's gotten has been bought and payed for. It's the latest buzz word. The lady lawyer got real lucky on that one, good for her, but I think she's in for one heluva reality check. Personally I don't care a whit if we are patent trolls they're our patents and I want payed for infringement. JMHO GLTAL RJ
