Welcome jeanette36, company went public on the otcbb market because it a much cheaper and faster method. The company must still adhere to all accounting guidelines required by the NASD. From here it is very easy for them to apply for an NASD listing if they keep their share price at these levels and prepare all necessary quarterly filings.
