OK...thanks all for the encouragement. I will send the notice to Johan B et al today and file the initial complaints today also. These complaints will serve as the beginning of Phase two in which we begin using the available remedies before the execution of Phase three. I will post exactly what I will send to them and other actions tonite.

Acting as one group will allow us to much better address the issues as shareholders. I have no idea why Johan B. took the time to establish contact and begin showing consideration for us and then going incommunicado.

None of the questions and requests have been responded to other than a phone call, which offered nothing substantive.

I will again request the same responses and questions tonite as well as filing the first complaints.
