Here's the empirical. Inovio (INO) has not accomplished one single human vaccine, drug or therapy in its 41 years as a corporation, taking about $900 million from investors that could have gone to good pharma.
Here's the fact. Inovio was a name change. The corporation Inovio rests on was begun about 41 years ago and has been plumbed from then until very recently by notorious, serial penny stock promoter Avrum Dhillon out of Vancouver, a hot bed for penny stock frauds.
Here's the observation. Inovio's movement has hardly been linear. There have been dramatic, sudden plunges like yesterday and 72.5% from one day to the next not long ago that chew up newbees like a wood chipper
Here's the blessing. That I have stuck around with no position for about 5 years to warn newbees, mostly the young who are constantly renewing themselves, about sordid, failed past of "PR rich" (Jim Cramer) Inovio and the precipitous drops that mark Inovio share price. My almost singular, sober counter balancing posts have saved peeps millions over the years and made Inovio a better company for it.
