I am hanging around because I cannot trade or sell the stock.

I inherited 321,000 shares from a Pershing clearing agent. Tried to transfer the stock into E trade, Interactive Brokers and TD Ameritrade. Nobody will accept the stock because too close to a penny or necause it is a penny stock. Not too sure.

What I am sure of, the price sucks.
