Yep totally agree on the perception issue here. Ive said it several times here it comes down to trust and in OTC that is extremely hard to come by and when a company makes takes the time to say
The Company further announced that its improved financial performances will allow it to create greater shareholder[tag]insert-text-here[/tag] value by continuing its efforts to reduce future equity dilution by retiring certain highly dilutive convertible notes".
In particular shareholder value. CLWD used this pr to sell a lot of notes as we know, and didn't come at a surprise to most of us. What did come as a surprise was the last set of notes that had to be returned -thanks to you. If you didn't catch that what would have happened?? A continued trust issue. Since that time there has been complete silence from the company. So the question is is why. Why have they gone dark after especially after what many think was a weaker quarter than expected coming off the 6/16/20 pr of yearly guidance of 14 mill +. I still know this, regardless of what we want to speculate about as to why are they quite, why are they letting the pps continue it's slow death. We know this, the insiders/ management have lost a lot more profits than most retail. At any point if they could/ wanted to they could pump this to the heavens, but they are not. NOT YET. I'm with you a plethora of news is coming, the weekly chart is still rock solid and the volume or there lack of is the only reason the m's have been able to gut this as you say. Contrats on getting back above 20 mill, well done! The blood letting is almost over imo. CLWD
