I firmly believe that our current situation is what is known in the Penny World as "MASSIVE BUY OPPORTUNITY". These are rare fairly difficult to find, but PASO has blessed us with one!!!!
If you zoom out into the big picture you'll realize that we are an inconsequential cog in this whole machine- just the flies on the pig's ass. This is happening (or not happening, but my bets are hedged on HAPPENING) whether we are on here flailing our arms and running for cover because we think the sky is falling, or not.
My belief is that PASO is treating us like big board investors, and not normal OTC field mice. They don't need to constantly reassure us with little trays of mouse food. Look at ALL of the press since May 29th. It is a deal that is clearly progressing, and has run into unforseen delays as they ALWAYS DO.
The panicking and fear mongering has led to deeply discounted shares this late in the game and many of us are very grateful for the opportunity!!
One last note- take a looong look at your Preferred Shares. That alone takes company time and resources, and look how quickly it happened! I do not believe for an instant that we would have received those shares if the deal was off. I believe it is the company's way of apologizing for the dilution, for which a compelling analysis has been presented by MFN right here on this board!!
All longs, hang tight, buy a little each day if you can, and just relaaaax. AIMO of course. You clearly accept some level of risk or you wouldn't be here in the first place...
