I contacted the TA a while back.

TA makes the updates...any time the company requests them to do so. TA activity is controlled by the company. Some companies gag the TA, meaning they won't respond to requests for a private update. All you generally have to do is email them to get an update.

I contacted the TA a while back, during a time-period when SS hadn't been updated but I was pretty confident O/S was rising - I posted about it here - The TA told me they were instructed to direct SS inquiries to the company itself.

I never received any replies from the company, but SS was updated shortly thereafter, verifying board-claims that dilution was occurring during that period.
