Im reading it and it depends on a couple factors

looks to me like two months, plus 45 additional days
for public companies to be incorporated into the
the blank company. after listing is complete
They cant put companies into the SPAC until
after everything is completed-forms, monies,stock
selling for IPO etc

The key is are they doing road shows to get investors.

cpuld be 3 months- could be double that.....Just dont
know how far they are with the capital/money side of
it.

From LICH past, Im not expecting a wirlwind close here.
