n April 2020, the Company applied for an unsecured loan under the Paycheck Protection Program, or the PPP Loan. The Paycheck Protection Program, or PPP, was established under CARES Act and is administered by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA). The PPP loan was approved and funded, and the Company entered into an unsecured loan of approximately $311,000. The loan matures in April 2022 and accrues interest at an annual rate of 0.98%
