realest, I remember your posts from way back and you seem to be a straight forward person, you have said that you have visited the properties and have spoken to the managers etc. I have to believe with your confirmation of this company's holdings that they are going to do the right thing, I can not be assurred of that but it would make no sense at this point to sell shares/dilute if the things you have verified are true JMO
