Uneeqo Inc. (UNEQ) Acquires Disinfecting Solutions LLC of Las Vegas NV
Las Vegas, NV, September 28th, 2020: Uneeqo Inc. (OTC Pink: UNEQ), today announced that effective August 12th,
2020, the management and director of the company approved the resolution to acquire 100% control of Las Vegas, NV
based, Disinfecting Solution LLC, a disinfecting service and solutions company engaged in the battle against the global
Covid 19 pandemic.
As conditions of the acquisition, the company will add Messrs. Jon Chazen and Brian LeMon as directors and the company
will move its corporate office, effective immediately, to Las Vegas, NV.
Disinfecting Solutions LLC (DisinfectingSolution.com) (DS) provides a professional disinfecting service, using specific
United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved non-hazardous chemicals effective in killing a wide
spectrum of microorganisms, including the Covid-19 virus.
Worldwide cases of Covid-19 exceeded 29 million, with 938K deaths and in the USA 6,874,982 cases and 200,275 deaths
(CDC September 21, 2020). DS’s EPA approved, hospital grade virucide is applied using electrostatic foggers that spray
an electrostatically charged mist onto all surfaces, and objects, both porous, and non-porous, including metal, wood, glass,
tile, and even fabric. This is done without damage, leaving no trace, no residue, no discoloration, and no irritating odors.
Subsequently the spray contains positively charged particles that are able to aggressively adhere to surfaces and objects,
effective for much longer than typical liquified sprays or mists. DS provides its services to health care facilities, schools,
industrial buildings and warehouses, churches, casinos, stadiums and entertainment venues, restaurants, retail, retirement
homes, day care, homes and cars.
The service DS provides, allows its customers to: 1) get ahead of potential Covid-19 cases by preemptive precautionary
treatment of their facilities, 2) emergency service after a confirmed case at their facility, and 3) by taking the critically
important first steps to re-opening Covid shuttered businesses by insuring their customers and local government authorities
that they have taken additional measures, with their customers health and safety in mind.

to grow the company within the United States. Given the recent COVID 19 outbreak, this is also a strategic onshoring of
Uneeqo’s team and company.”
Concurrent with this acquisition of Disinfecting Solutions LLC, UNEQ has mutually cancelled the acquisition of Dialogue
Key Inc. of Beverly Hills, CA on July 27, 2020, hereby nullifying the prior acquisition contract dated April 24th, 2020. As
part of this cancellation Messrs. Dekhtyar and Osichnuk will not be joining the board of directors.
