advertising a consumer product wouldn't trigger any disclosures... advertising for investment purposes is a whole different story as far as I know.

I agree though, Ck doesn't need 100 ideas out there to mix up the branding and messaging. If anyone feels that strongly about taking advertising into their own hands, maybe JP could put that money to use if you wanted to make a contribution to the company. LOL
