how can OPTEC Intl sell products in CA?

Jimmy, you and I have posted that OPTEC International status is FTB SUSPENDED.

So, how can OPTEC Led sell products in CA through OPTEC International? (I’m not arguing, I’m trying to understand the legalities/rights of Roger’s companies.)
