You've been here four months...me, four years. You'll learn eventually.

I've been invested too and been burned. Anyone with a nickel in this company that isn't prepared to lose all of it LIKE ANY OTHER STOCK, should not be gambling on the OTC. I don't feel sorry for anybody when all the facts are in their face.

Now, you ask about Nader's failures:

- BLA more than a year late and still not accepted. Potentially up to $1B in lost revenue
- horrible financing terms. Based on Vyera deal, we are losing up to $87 million in milestone payments based on BLA screwup
- LIED about EAU submissions. Omission of facts is lying. Never submitted formal applications.
- Said NEJM article would be out MONTHS AGO!
- current financing plan valued at $10/share puts on the hook for 10% payback plus a $3.5M vig we paid
- can't fill the full S-C trial when it's known we will probably need to continue
-MM trial was a FAILURE. PRIMARY endpoint missed. Nobody cares about secondary endpoint and Nader pivoting. Proof is no approval
-Cancer trials moving a snails pace
-Will NOT get uplisted
-Being sued AGAIN for unjust enrichment. First time, Nader settled
-Nader sold millions of dollars worth of shares and lied about why he did it. He did not lend the company money. The price he paid the company for the options or warrants went into the company coffers, which ultimately helped pay the bill. Same as if every common Joe tendered warrants.
- No approvals of anything
- No BP partnerships although Nader claimed he had five different companies lined up
- Cash burn is too hot and heavy to avoid dilution
- Asked for 100 million shares "just in case" we needed to raise a small sum for tests...turns out, he then asks for a percentage of that allotment for himself and cronies.

Now let's hear some successes. I will expect a blank page.
